Abstract Submission

You are invited to present your case studies as e-posters at this conference. Please submit your abstracts by 10 February 2025 to info@artibirorganizasyon.com.tr
Abstract Submission Rules
- Submission Deadline
- All abstracts must be submitted by [10 February 2025]. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Language
- Abstracts can be written in English.
- Word Limit
- Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, including the title, authors, and affiliations. Submissions over the word limit may be returned for revision.
- Structure
- Abstracts must include the following sections:
- Title: Concise and relevant to the research.
- Authors and Affiliations: Full names, primary institution, and country of each author.
- Introduction: Brief background and objectives of the research.
- Methods: Summary of the methodology used.
- Results: Key findings or expected results.
- Conclusion: Main takeaways or implications of the research.
- Formatting
- Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-spaced. Avoid using tables, figures, or images within the abstract.
- Abbreviations should be defined on first use, and scientific names should be italicized.
- Submission Method
- Review and Notification
- All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email.
- Presentation Type
- Upon submission, authors can select their preferred presentation type (e.g., Oral or Poster). However, the final decision on the presentation format will be made by the Scientific Committee.
