The congress will be held at Batumi Sheraton Hotel, located in the heart of Batumi. The venue offers a comfortable and modern environment for presentations, networking, and discussions.
- Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located at the entrance of the venue. Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration upon arrival.

Please have a valid ID ready when registering.
- Accommodation
Participants are encouraged to stay at Sheraton Batumi Hotel for convenience.
- Transportation
- From the Airport: Batumi International Airport is approximately [15–20 minutes] from the city center.
- From Rize/Artvin Airport: Rize-Artvin Airport is approximately 95 km from Batumi. The journey typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours by car, depending on traffic and border crossing times.
- Dress Code
- A light sweater or jacket can be useful as temperatures can range from cool in the morning to warmer in the afternoon. Since temperatures drop in the evening, a warm coat or jacket is recommended, especially if the event takes place outdoors or involves walking to different locations.Excursions or outdoor activities are planned, comfortable layers, sturdy walking shoes, and a light, waterproof jacket are advisable, as March can bring occasional rain. An umbrella, a scarf, and a hat may also be helpful for warmth and unpredictable weather.
